We have recently completed a 13,000 SF commercial fit out project in Canary Wharf. Daniel Wall undertook a combined project management, contract administration and cost consultancy service which allowed him to fully control the project to maintain the client’s 11 week programme and £2 million budget.

September 2022 saw the opening of Lululemon's first ever store in Spain. People were queuing outside their new Barcelona store waiting for the doors to open. Insight are delighted to have been involved in this project as Cost Consultants.

At the end of September 2022 Lululemon opened their second store in Spain, this time it was a "Store in Store" unit within ECI Madrid. Whilst it was smaller there were the added complications of working within the department store and logistics. However, the store opened on time and within budget.

Insight were appointed as the Cost Managers for new Greco-Roman restaurant on Mount Street, Mayfair for Caprice Holdings. Featuring Damien Hirst artwork and hand painted murals, Mayfair has a new hotspot.
