Daniel has almost 30 years experience in delivering project management and cost consultancy services in commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, education, healthcare and retail sectors. He has provided advice for a number of high profile Clients such as Apple, Tiffany & Co., Morgan Stanley and various insurance companies. The majority of his career has been focused in London, but has spent many months across EMEA and therefore can provide in-depth knowledge of those markets.

Daniel sets the tone and style for the business, always striving to provide a first class tailored service to maintain relationships throughout the team. He is always willing to support fellow consultants from other disciplines, adding value wherever possible for the benefit of Client and the project. 

Tom brings a wealth of experience to Insight, honed over 13 years in the industry, empowering clients and teams alike to accomplish their most ambitious construction projects. Having delivered projects in both cost and project management from high end retail & hospitality, education to private residential, to commercial fit out, Tom has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies associated with the built environment. Combining this with an acute business acumen, it is Toms mission to lead Insight with the clients satisfaction being the cornerstone of Insight's success, whilst maintaining the high standards already set by the company. 

Jonathan Williams is a chartered surveyor, having worked in the industry for over 18 years, Jonathan has a wealth of experience to draw upon, leading and managing projects from private residential dwellings to large scale hospital & development schemes. He blends into any project team and is a natural team player.   Jonathan has undertaken various roles but his strengths lies in the cost management, helping clients to achieve their goals, by understanding and identifying what their needs are and where value can be added. He is a focused and versatile individual who takes pride in producing well thought through, accurate and high quality work in an efficient and timely manner.
